We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate.

As many of our products are vintage, antique or previously owned:

• Minor signs of age, wear or storage should be expected unless stated otherwise.
• Colours may vary depending on your monitor or device.
• Measurements and weights may be approximate.
• Images form part of the product description.

Where multiple identical items exist, the photograph may represent the general condition of the item unless otherwise stated.

4. Grading and Condition

Condition grading is based on our professional opinion and industry standards where applicable.

Coin grades such as Fair (F), Fine (F), Very Fine (VF), Extremely Fine (EF), About Uncirculated (AU) and Uncirculated (UNC) represent our assessment and may differ from another collector's or grading service's opinion.

Comic books, stamps and other collectibles are also assessed according to recognised collecting standards where appropriate.

Unless a product has been professionally graded by an independent grading company, all grading remains our opinion.

5. Authenticity

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all items offered for sale are believed to be genuine.

Where an item has been authenticated, graded or certified by an independent organisation, this will be clearly stated in the listing.

If authenticity cannot be guaranteed, this will also be disclosed.

6. Prices

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when your order is placed.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

7. Orders

Submitting an order does not create a legally binding contract.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• an item is no longer available;
• pricing errors have occurred;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• fraudulent activity is suspected; or
• we reasonably believe the transaction should not proceed.

8. Payment

• the item must be returned in its original condition;
• the item must be complete with any packaging, certificates or accessories supplied.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will normally be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

• a damaged item; or

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where applicable, we will arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your statutory rights.

12. Precious Metals and Collectible Values

Many collectibles fluctuate in market value.

Collectors Road cannot guarantee that any item will increase in value.

Information regarding rarity, catalogue references, estimated values or investment potential is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as financial or investment advice.

13. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, logos, graphics and website content remain the property of Collectors Road Ltd unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may suspend or withdraw the website for maintenance or operational reasons without notice.
