Collectors Road Limited collects as little personal information as possible and keeps it only as long as needed.
What is collected
When you make an enquiry, the details you send — typically your name, email address and the object you are interested in — are recorded so the enquiry can be answered. Saved objects and bag contents are stored in your own browser and are not transmitted.
How it is used
Information is used to reply to enquiries, arrange viewings and keep records of correspondence relating to an object. It is not sold or shared for marketing.
Retention
Correspondence relating to an object is kept as part of that object's record. Other enquiry details are removed once the conversation has concluded.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information held about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to privacy@collectorsroad.com.
