Objects are packed by hand, insured for their full value and tracked from door to door.
Packing and insurance
Coins travel in inert holders, comics in rigid backing with board and sleeve, and larger objects in bespoke padding. Every shipment is insured for its full recorded value.
Delivery
Domestic shipments are sent on a fully tracked, signed-for service. International shipments are quoted individually so that duties and insurance are clear before dispatch.
Examination period
Objects may be examined on arrival. If a piece does not match its record, it can be returned in unaltered condition and the amount paid is refunded in full.
Private viewing
Where an object is better seen in person, a private viewing can be arranged by appointment instead of shipping.
